Our dresses are made to order, in an average of 30 days (public holidays are excluded from the count: they will need to be added to the production time if any occur during the making of your order).

However, production may be delayed by factors beyond our control, so please allow 35 days for production.

Wedding dresses as well as certain accessories are available with express turnaround times, for an additional charge of 15%: 20 days of production. In the extremely rare cases where express deadlines are not met, a refund of the additional charge will be issued.

All orders are shipped via DHL Express to your doorstep without exception. A customs fee upon receipt may be required and is the responsibility of the customer.

*Wedding dresses:

We are aware that our customers are unable to try on our dresses beforehand. Any wedding dress received and found not to be the right size will be replaced with the new size requested by the customer, at our expense (item, delivery, and customs fees included). The same applies if any defect is found. The production times for this new item will be the same as those chosen when placing the initial order: 30 days if the normal delivery times were chosen, 20 days if the express delivery times were chosen.

*Event dresses & accessories:

These items are only acceptable for re-ordering if a defect is found. In this case, La Maison will reorder the item within the normal delivery times (20 days) and ship a new item to the customer, all charges covered.

*All items :

Any order placed cannot be refunded without a valid reason (only valid reasons: item still not received due to deadlines not met or damaged/defective item).

The customer has 7 days following the date of receipt to alert our teams of any defect, with supporting photo evidence (stain, poor finishing, measurements not corresponding to those in the size guide, etc.), beyond this period, no complaint will be taken into account.

In the case of a defective item, La Maison will reorder and ship a new item to the customer, all costs assumed by La Maison.

A refund will only be made in the case of inability to remake & return the item to the customer in due form, within the normal timeframe.

We draw the attention of our customers to the fact that our dresses are made to order, and not ready-to-wear. They are also made within very short deadlines. Any order is therefore considered final, and cannot be cancelled due to a change of mind or any other reason beyond our control.

The customer, by placing an order, accepts the terms of this contract and cannot go back on its terms, according to the ethics of Islamic transactions3
